There is no lack of symbols in this canyon.

 

The photo above shows a diamond with a line from top to bottom.
If we interpret it correctly it means half a league to the mine which is about where Kent says it is.
The image below displays the natural aging process of the same tree.

 

 

On our way to see the mine spoken of in the last symbol Kent stopped to show me other things.
The rock formation above looks like a Spaniard with a metal helmet.
If one travels in the direction he is looking you will come to a symbol on a tree and a mine.
The old mine has been reworked and is now an open pit mine.
(I didn't take a picture of the open pit mine but this is the symbol next to it.)

 

 

If you travel from the face in the direction of the rock pointer seen here you will be led to
a baboon head which points the direction to the main trail in and out of this country.
So depending upon what you want these indicators will lead you there.
