Our Native American History at Parowan Gap

On April 26th, 2003 it was our opportunity to learn more
about our history as seen at the Parowan Gap near Parowan, Utah.
We had as our guide a very knowledgeable individual named Stan Johnson.
He spent about four hours with us that day and we thank him for what he taught
us and for his time.

Stan has spent more than 20 years learning several Native American languages
as well as Egyptian.
We felt privileged to be taught from such a humble and learned man.

He explained how the early Americans used the gap as a giant calendar.
